Went Xiao-Gang's house to stay-over but his brother came home so Xiao Gang then called Andrew , he came pick us up with his dad's car , in the end went to Andrew's house to roll for the night . Slept at 4am , woke up at 10am , washed up and went JB .

did a 5h 48mins for my sundown .

stopped running at 38km mark due to knee problem , did walk run walk run and a final push to the finish line .

ranked 1431th / 4638 participants , a lot of participants were newbies ? saw many regular stoppers . it boils down to 2 words , for fun *

salute those who ran the 84km , thats 2 loops !

Was popping 5 panadols during wednesday and the pills doesnt help then i went to see a doctor , fever for 3 days.
Just came back from 10km recovery run at macritchie . did a 57 mins .

woa finally a stabililty trainer brand : NEWTON , was hoping for one but trainers from adidas , nike , new balance are mainly for neutral foot .
Neutral trainers are Nice to see but if wearing them for running will pronate my foot .
These brands never cater for mild flat footer like me .

Will go running lab to try out someday , the price is like $269 ...
i want to use it for Sundown ..

The suppport for the shoe is great.

saw Mr suen before the run
faired poorly for my 10km , got a timing of 1 hour ! , damn i should at least hit the 55 mins mark .
Did not trained for 4 months ..
you gotta see the kids dash , its cute man .

will be taking a half marathon next year .

got a timing of 1h39mins for new balance real run 15km ...
too slow for the first 10 .. i was like i want to speed up but ...
paced like an old man ... from the beach part i increased my stride towards the finishing line .

will only be doing 10km instead of half marathon ( because i hate training + hoping to achieve my PB for 10km )
hope that i will improve my timing for SCM to a sub 50 ...

i am happy that i was ranked 1353 out of 11,000 runners in singapore and
ranked 80301 out of 1,000,000 runners worldwide .
During the run i got jammed by regular stoppers and leisure runners 0.0
but i had a great run with a finisher bracelet .
i was hoping to get a Sub 50 timing but sadly it was the same as mizuno run ..
My next run will be New Balance Real Run , finally some trail running for the year .

i hoped that i will not be stucked in the NIKE HUMAN TRAFFIC JAM .
went and collect my race pack at 10 oclock .
the queue was stretched to liang court
lucky for me i only queued for 3hours to got the race pack .
good luck for those who clocked in marathon hours in queueing for their pack .
since channel 5 is the main broadcaster of the event they should write something or film something ..

worst collection in my history , i wonder how other countries are fairing ?

Just finished my Mizuno run , this year was surely far better than the 2007 run
met aidil and edwin for the run
we went quite slow for the first 8 mins
clocked in 58.22mins ... for 10.28km ..
SAD ah .. no self satisfaction only a sense of achievement ..
the benchwarmers were great , i have that motivation =) .

i have been wantng to join either this 2 catergories of the trialaton .. but due to my age limit to catergory 1 , i guess i will give it a miss ..
firstly , i can only swim like about 100m before i am dead , while to cyclin part and running , i am of course exprienced in it ...

tibetans protest seem to me was like 2 different issues , on the other hand they were ( fighting for independent ruling ).
