got a timing of 1h39mins for new balance real run 15km ...
too slow for the first 10 .. i was like i want to speed up but ...
paced like an old man ... from the beach part i increased my stride towards the finishing line .
will only be doing 10km instead of half marathon ( because i hate training + hoping to achieve my PB for 10km )
hope that i will improve my timing for SCM to a sub 50 ...
